Transactions

We involve ourselves in communication activities around business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions as well as IPOs.

The process includes working closely with companies in establishing strategies to communicate transactions to the relevant stakeholders, including the media and shareholders.

Management and distribution of financial results

We write and compile the relevant information, and manage the production schedules, for quarterly, interim and annual results. In addition, we handle the communication of these results. This may be through one or more of the following media:

• webcast;
• presentation;
• teleconference;
• email; or
• publication.
